JAB is currently seeking experienced Mechanical and/or Electrical Lay Technicians for an ongoing offshore project in the Philippines.

Project Details

Location: Philippines (El Nido)
Duration: Approximately +/- 2/3 weeks
Mobilisation: Crew change taking place on 18/08/2026, would need to be available prior for travel
Role: Mechanical Lay Technician / Electrical Lay Technician

Candidates must also hold the following:

1. Copy of passport with at least six months validity from the date of arrival in the Philippines

2. BOSIET / FOET including HUET

3. CAEBS

4. Offshore (OEUK, OGUK or NOGEPA) or Petronas medical

5. Bideltoid shoulder measurement // Smart to have but not mandatory

6. Yellow fever or Covid Vaccination - For Local agent to process 9C visa in work permit

7. Seaman's book copy

Previous experience with offshore lay equipment, cable lay operations, tensioners, winches, reel drive systems, or similar installation equipment would be advantageous.
